Compression molding is a molding process where preheated thermoset material is placed directly into the heated mold cavities. The mold is then closed, forcing the material into all cavity areas. Heat and pressure are maintained until the material has cured.
We design, build and run molds to produce parts in the millions, using engineering and commodity grade resins. We use thermoplastic or thermoset materials in custom or industry standard colors.
