CNC Turning
On CNC Turning Centers, Leech Industries can bore, drill, groove, and finish contour with a high level of precision on a full range of materials. Turning can be done on one part or hundreds with tolerances qualified to meet aerospace standards. In addition to CNC Turning, other operations can be done on parts such as CNC Milling, grinding, and other services making Leech Industries a full service supplier.
Specific CNC Turning Capabilities:
- Materials up to 14" Dia.
- Lengths to 30"Long
- Spindle Speeds to 4500 RPM
- Multitasking Capabilities (i.e. Crosshole drilling, etc.)
- Tool Magazines up to 40 tools
- Repeatability to +/- 0.0002 of an Inch
- Hard Turning, Rockwell Hardness into the 60's (C-Scale)
